Delivery time

You will see reflected the estimated delivery time just below the cart button of the product sheet.

Estimated delivery time: The delivery time calculation takes into account the production and preparation time and the type of shipment selected. This is an estimate, therefore, there may be a margin of 1 or 2 working days in advance or delay in the delivery of the package. 98% of packages are delivered on the estimated date.

Ceuta and Melilla: Unfortunately we cannot ship at the moment. However, you can find our products in various outlets in the areas or through Amazon.

Please note that the shipping company does not deliver on weekends.

We cannot be responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the selected courier service, however, if you have any problems, please contact us via this form and we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

If your package cannot be delivered, the courier will return it to our warehouse. In these cases, we propose you two solutions: refund you the amount of the order or send you a new one without any cost for you. In both cases we can not proceed until the first order is not in transit of return to our facilities.

During campaigns and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. In order to do so, you will just need to fill up the following form providing us with the details necessary to locate the product.

• Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
