We cannot be responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the selected courier service, however, if you have any problems, please contact us via this form and we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

If your package cannot be delivered, the courier will return it to our warehouse. In these cases, we propose you two solutions: refund you the amount of the order or send you a new one without any cost for you. In both cases we can not proceed until the first order is not in transit of return to our facilities.

During campaigns and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual.


When the order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking of your shipment so that you know at all times where your package is and an approximate delivery date.


It is an agile and efficient way that we offer to receive your package without problems. When the courier sends you an email with an approximate delivery date, you will have the possibility to send your package at any collection point. This process can only be done once you have placed the order and received the email from the courier.
