We can not be responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service selected, however, if you have any problems, please contact us through thisformand we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.

During the period of campaigns and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual.

* Personalized products, photo printing and personalized calendar: The preparation time of the product is 48 to 72 hours. Once ready, the delivery time is 3 to 5 days.

This is what happens from the moment we receive your order:
- Our production team begins to prepare your order. This can take up to 2 days.
- We pack it with great care and leave it in the hands of the courier company.
- Once you leave Miss Wood, we will send you an email to let you know and the courier company will send you another one with the tracking link so you know where your package is at all times.
- Once it is in the hands of the courier company, it will be delivered to you within 24-72 hours.

National shipping is handled by ASM and international shipping by GLS/TNT.

Although we are committed to providing you with impeccable service, there are always things that can happen during the delivery of your order. This can be due to several reasons. Because the delivery person has not covered your area on this delivery day, because of the weather or because you were not at home. But don't worry, always go to your follow-up link and you'll know what happened. If you are still worried about what happened, do not hesitate to contact us at form. We will be happy to help you.
The courier company will pass by the address you have given us a maximum of twice. Try to put an address where you can easily pick up your package. If you can receive your package at your workplace, we recommend that you use this address. If it is more convenient for you, you can also send your package to the delegation of the courier or at an official collection point. You can request this process through the tracking link. You will only need your ID and the delivery number and you will receive your package.
If you choose a delivery method with tracking, you will receive an email from the courier when your order leaves our atelier. In addition, from the tracking link, you will be able to consider the different delivery options available near your home.


There are NO return costs. Returns are FREE for you.
Yes, as long as you are on time. Once we receive the package you have 14 calendar days to contact us and make the change or return of your order. In both cases fill in the following formFormand we will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. Last but not least, we inform you that the product(s) you want to return must arrive at our workshop in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.

Once the 14-day period has expired, we regret to inform you that we won't accept any returns. However, we do offer you the possibility of an exchange. For more information, click here.

About my order

Once your order is confirmed, we try to process it as soon as possible so that it reaches you very soon. If you want to cancel or modify something, we inform you that it will only be possible if the order is still in our warehouse or if it has not been sent already. Please fill in the following form and tell us what you need so we can try to meet your request.

Of course. From the moment the package leaves our workshop you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment. There you will be able to see all the movements it has made.
Once the order has been placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you indicated when placing the order with the details of the order placed. Please check your data and, if there is any error, inform us as soon as possible through the following form so that we can modify them.
If you have not received the confirmation e-mail, but have been charged, your order has usually been processed successfully. We recommend that you check your SPAM folder first. If you do not find it, perhaps the email address you have indicated when entering your data contains an error or there has been a computer problem on our website. In any case, contact us through the following form and we'll be happy to check the status of your order.
If items are missing from your order, you have received the wrong product or the item has arrived with some kind of tare and you are not satisfied with it, please let us know by using the following form. Adding a frame to your Woody Map has never been easier! Now, we send it directly to you so that you can frame it yourself, quickly and safely. Choose the size of your map and the colour you like best. Together with the frame, you will also get some basic instructions to facilitate the assembly.

Of course. You only need to fill in the following form indicating your complete data and in short you will receive the invoice in your mail.
If you wish, you can purchase a greeting card for your order. Once placed a product to your cart, the option to add it will automatically appear. You will receive a unique card to write a customized message.
No. We never include an invoice or receipt in the package, as it saves us paper (the planet is grateful for that) and avoids spoiling any gifts or surprises. We will send you the receipt of the purchase by email. However, if you need an invoice, you can email us at dontworry@misswood.es, and we will send it to you within a couple of days.


The products we send are as faithful as possible to the photos published on our website. Although we must prevent you that depends on the screens in which you visualize the product the colors could vary slightly. Also keep in mind that many of our products are made by hand with natural materials so you may have some small differences with respect to the images on our website making your product a unique and unrepeatable.
Of course I do. If the order is still being processed by us it is usually easier to handle so the sooner you inform us the better! :) On the other hand, if the package is already in the hands of the courier, don't worry, we will fix it. In both cases, please fill in the following form indicating the new delivery details and we will modify them or forward them to the courier company so that your package can arrive as soon as possible.

MAP WITH NO FRAME: The map comes rolled up in a cardboard box. We recommend that you open and take it out of the box carefully to avoid breaking it. The L and XL sizes include 20 pins (10 red and 10 green) and 8 nails plus instructions to hang the map on the wall. The XXL measure, on the other hand, includes 40 pins (20 reds and 20 green ones).

MAP WITH FRAME: The map comes enframed already. The L and XL sizes include 20 pins (10 red and 10 green) while the XXL comes with 40 pins (20 reds and 20 green ones). Furthermore, all sizes include 2 screws and dowels so that it will be easier to hang it to the wall.


To make your map as smooth as possible on the wall:
1. Leave it flat and put weight on it for 24 hours.
3. We recommend that you hang it on a smooth wall with double-sided tape so that it is perfectly placed.
4. To reinforce, use the nails that come with the map in the pin bag.


1. Bend the hooks on the back of the map at a 90º angle.
2. Use the two pegs included in the product to hang it on the wall.
