Within 24/48 after placing your order, we will send you a design proposal. Once you have confirmed it, we will start the production, which can take up to 7 working days depending on the order volume.
It will be delivered according to the shipping option you selected.
If the weather allows it, sure. For an extra protection, we can finish the product with water-repellent varnish, so the wood is not damaged in case of rain. Just let us know by e-mail after placing your order.
*Important: the final result will not be identical to the photo, but a little more glossy, due to the product applied.

We have been realizing custom wooden signs and boards for years now — commercial, but also events and weddings signage. The production process is simple but requires a lot of attention. Our trusted carpenter supplies us with the wooden boards* which are then processed in our workshop, where we cut and paint them with water-based varnishes. Finally, we print the design created by our team or provided by the customer.

- Once collected and received the parcel back to our atelier we will proceed with the refund of the amount of the order.
- The refund will be issued on the same bank account and to the same payment method originally used when the order was placed.
